In
order to qualify for a rebate the following restrictions apply:
- You
must put 1 Source Apartments on the guest card
and rental application.
- Sign
a 6 month or longer lease, with a participating property.
This is a property that has knowledge of the rebate program,
and offers its consent for 1 Source Apartments
to offer rebates.
- Rebates
are for apartments only. They are not offered on new home
purchases or house rentals.
- Rent
amount must be at least $500.
- Notify
a 1 Source Apartments representative.
