REBATES
In order to qualify for a rebate you must do the following:.
- You
must put BestPriceApartments.com on the guest card,
rental application and lease agreement.
- Sign
a 6 month or longer lease, with a participating property.
This is a property that has knowledge of the rebate program,
and offers its consent for BestPriceApartments.com to offer
rebates.
- Rebates
are for apartments only. They are not offered on new home
purchases or house rentals.
- Rent
amount must be at least $500.
- Notify
a BestPriceApartments.com representative.
BestPriceApartments.com reserves the right to disqualify
the rebate for the following reasons:
- The
apartment refuses to work with BestPriceApartments.com
- The
submission of more than one rebate form for the same unit.
- Failure
to follow the requirements to qualify for a rebate.
- BestPriceApartments.com
will pay one rebate when allowed by law. Rebates typically
take between 8-12 weeks to process, but can take longer.

- Rent
Amount is less than $500.
BestPriceApartments.com
changed the rebate amount on January 1, 2002 to $100. Any
apartment leased prior to this date recieve's a 10% rebate
off their first month rent.
