REBATES
In order to qualify for a rebate you must do the following:.

• You must put 1 Source Apartments on the guest card, rental application and lease agreement.
  
• Sign a 6 month or longer lease, with a participating property. This is a property that has knowledge of the rebate program, and offers its consent for 1 Source Apartments to offer rebates.
• Rebates are for apartments only. They are not offered on new home purchases or house rentals.
• Rent amount must be at least $500.
• Notify a 1 Source Apartments representative.

1 Source Apartments reserves the right to disqualify the rebate for the following reasons:

• The apartment refuses to work with 1 Source Apartments
  
• The submission of more than one rebate form for the same unit.
  
• Failure to follow the requirements to qualify for a rebate.
• 1 Source Apartments will pay one rebate when allowed by law. Rebates typically take between 8-12 weeks to process, but can take longer. If you have any questions please call a 1 Source Apartments representative.
• Rent Amount is less than $500.

1 Source Apartments changed the rebate amount on January 1, 2002 to $100. Any apartment leased prior to this date recieve's a 10% rebate off their first month rent.
