In order to qualify for a rebate you must do the following:
- Pre-register
with the apartments you plan to visit, if so required.
- Sign
a 6 month or longer lease, with a participating property.
This is a property that has knowledge of the rebate program,
and offers its consent for BestPriceApartments.com to offer
rebates.
- You
must put BestPriceApartments.com on the rental application
and lease agreement.
- Rent
amount must be greater than $500.
